What does the role involve?

As Customer Service Representative, you’ll closely work with Customer Service team to provide assistance and support to Operation Manager. This role is highly impactful for maximizing our customer satisfaction. In order to do so, Customer Service Representative will engage in providing quality services to customers and sales team, processing orders & quotations, following up the order status with customers, and handling customer enquiries through phone or emails.

We fill 80% of our management positions with our own internal candidates. It’s testament to how much we value and develop our people.

What you need is:

  • - University degree
  • - Proficiency in English & Arabic (written & spoken)
  • - Team playing skills with strong customer orientation
  • - comupter skills including MS-Office and SAP
  • - Ability to learn technical product knowledge
  • - Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate at all levels
