We’re looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Services Specialist with experience in the field of personnel and payroll administration.

What does the role involve?
As an HR Specialist you are responsible, for the total personnel and payroll administration and HR back office administration of Hilti Saudi Arabia. For this role you will work closely with our finance team and you report to our HRBP.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field.
- 2-5 years of experience within HR (personnel and salary administration).
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in verbal and written English.
- Excellent data-management related skills in Excel and SAP.
- Passion to learn and drive to succeed.
- Proactive approach and self-reliant personality.
