What's the role?

We're currently on the lookout for a talented Product Manager to join our Marketing team based at Rhodes, Sydney.

This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will be responsible for the development, launch, support and growth of the Hilti product portfolio.

What does the role involve?

  • Develop structured marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives aligned with the Hilti Team
  • Create and maintain value propositions, price volume scenarios, dual line strategies, value communication, product life cycle management. etc.
  • Successful introduction of new products
  • Continual monitoring and rationalisation of product ranges, positioning products in the appropriate phase of life cycle and Stock forecasting
  • Understanding the market and customer needs: Market Structure / Size / Segments / Trends, Competitive Environment and buying behaviour
  • Close liaison with the Sales Force to support daily business and broaden Market / Product knowledge.

What you need is:

  • Engineering Degree required
  • MBA highly desirable
  • Drive to live and breathe in different markets - Domestic and international mobility is essential
  • Passion for technology and creativity to shape what's next
  • Solid sales, engineering or marketing experience in construction or related relevant industry
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen with strategic & critical thinking skills - to understand customers, market context, competition, and develop plans & drive opportunities for the business
